Refund & Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards are non refundable.

To complete your return, please do not simply send the package back to the return address. Depending on your goods, returns are handled at a different facility. If you attempt to return your products this way before contacting us, we cannot issue a refund or exchange.

To process a refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please keep your order confirmations for this purpose.

We cannot give partial refunds for used goods, or goods returned outside the 30 day return window. Refunds and/or replacements may only be issued for incorrect or damaged goods; all associated costs will be the responsibility of Home Sick Apparel.

Exchanges can be arranged in the event that your item is the incorrect size, and will be processed once the applicable item is received back in it's original condition; associated shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will not be issued for used goods, buyer's remorse, or if you simply change your mind.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@homesickapparel.com.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Once we receive your original item back into our facility, only then will the requested exchange item be shipped out. You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the exchange. We do not accept responsibility for packages lost or misplaced by your choice of return carrier - we recommend you use a tracked courier service to mitigate this risk.

Once we have shipped your item(s), the item(s) are your responsibility. We cannot refund or exchange items once they are in transit to you. You will need to wait to receive the item, and then follow the refund or exchange procedure above.
